To meet the high dimensional requirements of manufactured details, in addition to precise CNC machines, we have a comprehensively equipped Laboratory operating within the Quality Assurance Department. We offer measurement services to our Customers and Partners.

We have advanced measuring machines that guarantee repeatability and precision of measurements. Measuring equipment is regularly calibrated by external accreditation units. Our measurement specialists have knowledge and many years of experience in the field of measurement methods aa well as in creating measurement programs for CMM machines.

We have two CMM machines, Zeiss and Mitutoyo, in the measuring range: X:800; Y:1100; Z:600. We also measure roughness, hardness and shape contour using the Marsurf ST 500 contourograph. We prepare detailed measurement protocols in which we take into account all determined features.
